    opinions on the cycle I just started..

    Whats up guys? I am new here. First time user too.. So I am a noob

    I am 37 5/11 175 low bodyfat..

    Long time lifter.. Im pretty shredded..

    I just started a test enth/EQ cycle as per suggestion from a friend

    I took 1 cc test (i think its 250mg) / 1 cc eq ( i think its 200mg )sunday night (mixed)

    I will take one more of each in another week.. (mixed)

    Then he suggests per week : 1 cc test/1 cc EQ (mixed)
    1 cc test/1/2 cc EQ (mixed)

    I got the Nolva for PCT and a test starter from GNC

    Sorry if my use of CC is in replacement of mg.. Just lookin for opinions/suggestions/criticism...

    Bro,Is this your first cycle???..500mgs of test and 600mgs of eq would be good...EQ is a very mild and slow acting so staying on about 14 weeks will give optimal results.

    take 500mg/wk of test and 400mg/wk of Eq..split it up into injections every 3.5 days..dont wait one week between injections..and you can put both the test and Eq in the same syringe

    You need to be running more then 250mg of test and 200mg of EQ you need to run the test at 500mg a week and at least 400mg of EQ I would run 600mg of the EQ. You need to inject every 3.5 no matter what dosage you are running to keep blood levels stable. Get more gear so you can run this cycle the right way.

    Why ask for advice after you already started shooting? Shoot someone with a gun first, then ask after if they were guilty?

    Bacause if he is doing something wrong he can fix it, duh!
    I agree people need to plan and research their cycles a lot better though.

    If you want advice on your current cycle I would ask your friend who adviced it seems back to front asking when you have already started the thing!

    First cycle Test only 5-350-500mg per wk for 10-12 wk, good pct and a basic diet and training program is all you need, if you have build a good soild base from yrs of training beforehand that is!

    Drop the eq at that dose is worthless and to come to think about it its pointless at any dose, to weak and takes to long to see gains and thats if your one of the lucky ones who respond to it.

    This is what I am doing exactly after my first week. I was told to do 250/200 the first week to see how my body reacts.

    But yeah I will follow the 500mg test and 400mg of EQ every week mixed with 3.5 days in between injections

    Thanks for the advice guys....

    If I do this cycle for 12-14 weeks how much lean should I expect to gain?

    no need to do half the dose for the first week..do the whole dose..your body will be fine..both are long esters that take several weeks to kick in..your gains you get and keep are totally dependant on your diet, training and PCT..there is no way to tell you how much you will gain or keep..that was my first cycle..ate like a champ while on...gained about 20 lbs in 12 weeks..lost 75% of it when I stopped b/c my diet sucked ass..lesson learned

    Wow no shit. Yeah I just change my regmien to do the whole dose... Thanks.

    Was your 20 lbs lean? Water weight?

    I can already feel myself getting hungrier...

    What do you mean ur diet sucked ass? Not enuf protein? Shit food?

    no it was lean muscle..its very hard to put on 20 lbs of lean muscle in 12 weeks..most average ~10lbs of lean muscle/year..yeah i stopped eat so great, went on a few benders and even got the flu at one point..

    One more question then I will leave u be..

    In your opinion can those gains be maitained following the cycle if you keep up your protein intake and continue to train right?

    I guess my goal is 5'11 200 - 210

    I am 5'11 175 - 180 now...

    i think you can maintain a good portion of your gains but you need a good PCT, diet, and training..you cant over train during PCT and you cant be afraid to put on a little fat during PCT..you can cut it off after you recover..part of it comes down to getting to know your body and what works best for you..over the years Ive learned what PCT works best for me, what style of training and diet work for me too..i think the more experience you have the more of your gains you can keep..well except for the water retention
