WINNI help
I am 19 and I am looking into taking winni just one cycle to get cut i need some advice on when i should take it how much you recomend and somethings that can help me start getting cut . I only want to take one cycle to help jump start the process and then stop after that

age, weight, yrs of training..
honestly if you think winny will get you cut..YOUR WRONG..diet and cardio do that...i suggest you do some reading..particularly in the diet forum
this sounds like a spring break thread!! haha

I ran Winny last year. it doesn't get you cut, it gets you hard. The more cardio and the better your diet, the better the results.
I ran it with Clen to cut up and ended up gaining alot of strength and gained about 6 lbs. When I think about how much fat the clen/cardio took off I probably gained about 8 lbs of lean mass.
The only problem was not having that little extra push when I had been off for about 4 weeks.

I am 19 a former high school hockey player 5'9" 178lbs i have been lifting for about 2 years my bench max is 225 i want to get cut for spring break and for summer i really want to bring out the 6 pack i have never takin anything before so any advice, tips ,and ideas will help

At 19 I wouldn't touch anything.
Use some clen (or ECA)/cardio/diet to get cut.
And then run some Arginine based supplement to get some vascularity.
Also, lay off the brews for a few months. I hate to say it, but they don't call it a beer belly for nothing.

drugs are not the answer..you need to work on your diet and cario..head over to the diet forum and read how to properly eat to cut fat and preserve muscle..do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach..steroids do not burn fat so if thats what your thinking..its not gonna work
