I have a lump that formed on my left tit. It's making my nipple stick out and starting to look bad. Does anyone recommend that I get back on a cycle or do PCT. It's been about 5 months since i've been on a cycle.

as friend of mine used arimidex when he came off cycle, and his gyno was really, REALLY bad, he even said discharge was coming out of it! Within a week of both being off cycle and taking 1mg arimidex each day, he rang me and told me that you couldnt even see that he had gyno anymore, and I saw both before and after and can attest this to be true

This may not work for everyone but ... My last cycle before I started I had gyno and it was actually kinda bad... and well i went through my whole cycle (16 weeks) ,made ridiculous gains then followed the cycle up with AR PCT but upped the a-dex by double and within 4 weeks it was gone... gone forever so far. Like I said may not work for everyone but definitely helped me.

So far I have heard take Letro. Take Nolva. Take Arimidex. Can someone please tell me the best thing to take. I am pissed that I have this damn lump under my nipple. Also, if you suggest taking something, can you tell me where I can purchase it too because it's hard as hell to find these on the internet.

PCT compounds (not steroids) can be purchased from ar-r. They have a section on this very board. Nolva likely won't do much in the way of reversing gyno, it would only prevent it from getting worse. Arimidex and Letro both do the same thing (stop the formation of estrogens) letro is just much stronger. People seem to have more success getting rid of gyno with letro than arimidex.

I see that letro on the ar-r site is a spray. How do you take it because there are no instructions?

just get an oral syringe and measure out the desired dose..

Yes. Each spray is 1/10th of a mL... so the dosing is 2.5mg /mL.. Id take 10 sprays each day..

well, follow the gyno reversal thread that someone posted.. I think it shows you the method a little different.. so definately try that.. Buy what i gave you should be enough to do the math.. There is also a sticky thread on dosing of Letro and many other of Lions products.

I'm in a similar situation. What compounds did you run during cycle - also, did you also use a-dex during the cycle or just as pctd?

I'm considering another cycle, but my gyno got bad during my last - so I'm considering letro while on then AR pct.

EQ 300mg E3D wk 1-16
Deca 200mg E3D wk 1-14
Drol 100mg ED wk 1-6
Tbol 60mg ED wk 12-16

And my PCT was AR + A-Dex


It was a rather fun cycle... I wish I was doing another one.. I like experimenting .... Gained 30 lbs. and kept all but 3 pounds... all the way until my next cycle like 8 months later... and still no gyno...

Wow! You ran 100mg/d of drol for 6 weeks with no anti-e and pre-existing gyno? gyno didn't get worse then went away with pct? Maybe it was just bodyfat and not real gyno???

Probably gyno, but I'd have it checked out by your Doc to insure it's not a tumor.
