    My 1st cycle

    Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to look at my thread.

    I have been working out with a PT for 8 months now. He has been using steroids and competes in shows for the last 5 years. He says that I am ready to convert to the dark side and has suggested the following cycle

    100mg primobolan / week
    50mg dbol / day (25mg before lifting 25mg after lifting)
    300mg Deca / week.

    He said in 8 weeks I could gain up to 30lbs and could probably keep 1/2 of that when I go off.

    Can anyone confirm that this is a good cycle or that it is absoulute shit?

    Is there an online guide as to what pricing shoud be for these products?

    Usually people take deca longer than 8 weeks but I am no expert.

    I would change the primo for Test enthanate 500mg per week split into 2 injections. The dbol is fine and the deca wouldnt hurt but make sure you have a good pct planed out and also you cant ask or talk about prices.

    your trainer is an idiot..sounds like he just wants to take your cash..if youve only been training for 8 months youre no where near ready for steroids ..you need to learn how to eat..a good trainer would know this..oh and that cycle is terrible..it sounds like your trainer doesnt want you to have sex anymore b/c theres a good chance of that happening with that cycle..ever heard of "deca dick"? Did your trainer even mention post cycle therapy (PCT) to you?

    what are your stats? age, height, weight, bf%, this is all needed... and for a first cycle you need to just take test e, period.... you can gain around 30lbs off of just that if your diet is in check and your workout too.....

    LOL You are awesome dude. Thank you for the honesty. We briefly talked about PCT. I also did some of my own research and read that if you take deca you should also take letrozole to counter act the water retention as well as taking a min of 200mg of testosterone . I am still learning and in the last 8 months I have really leaned up. I lost 6 inches off my waist now
    I think this jackass does just want my cash.

    I am 31, 5'10", 175lbs, 14.6& roughly. I have been dieting for a while now. Lean meats, no fast food, plently of protien, no carbs aster 3:00pm, and only watery foods and nitrotech shake for my last meal and set my alarm for 3am to drink isopure zero carb drink and let the dog out. I try to eat every 2.5 hours or consume some protien.

    anyone know where I can get anavar ? Is the VAR 10 the same thing?also I have noticed people using the name (test) -what is this?

    honestly bro if youre making good gains naturally theres no reason to start taking juice only after 8 months of training..just keep at it naturally for a while and always work on improving your diet..it doesnt sound too bad..but it never hurts to learn more about it..afterall its the most important aspect in this game..

    Hey, You and I have about the same stats and are doing the same stuff. i was thinking of using anavar to start.

    why no carbs after 3pm,i am bulking at the moment and carbs are a key role player in the bulking game ,i eat carbs right up an hour befor bed,been bulking for 2 weeks now and already put on around 1000 cals

    Dude, i took 25 mgs of dbol a day for 6 weeks w/ just 600 mgs of test a week and was ready to rip someones head off. that's an advanced cycle for you. I agree w/ longhorn and largerthannormal.

    I have yet to start bulking. It has been all about burning off as much fat as possible while maintaining / gaining muscle mass. It's really difficult though.

    i miss my carbs..just started cutting last week..the only time i consume carbs is PWO

    you sound like your doing good.... just keep up the good work, worry about steroids later when you reach your limits..... i didnt and wish i would of, but oh well.... you sound like you are getting a good grip on the diet, i would just do alot of research in the diet forum and lifting tech. forum..... good luck bro!
