Inject myself?

any suggestions on how to inject ones self? How can ya do that with one hand while pulling the skin to one side and "back pumping" to check if youve hit a vein? Thanks

23 is fine bro...well as soon as you pull out syringe put swab on site...it will prevent leak aswell.
