hey guys, i just got my second cycle today. im excited, cuz i get to have this done before i goto afgahnistan againnow before i start, here are my stats.
5'7, 185lbs, been working out for 5 years, 8 meals a day, which includes 2 protien supplements and one meal replacement.
my cycle is,
Week 1 - 12 Test e, 500mg wk
week 1-5 Dbol 50mg ed
week 1-12 nolva 10mg ed
now the thing is, with this gear, i dont know if i should change my workout. I do Day 1: Chest biceps, Day 2:abs cardio, Day3: thighs, Day 4: cardio, Day 5: shoulder triceps, day 6: abs cardio, day 7: back, calves. I was wondering, if i should change up the workout, now that i'll be on gear, maybe to a 5 day split, any suggestions?
