Ok, first off with the stats. I'm 16 years old ( I know you're all going to say I'm too young, I've heard it before ), 6'0", and 165 lbs. I've trained and maintained proper diet for 2 years now and want a jumpstar for spring training. I was planning to take 1cc, maybe .75cc of test cypionate, once a week, for about 5-7 weeks. I was also going to take Nolvadex or something similar for the anti-est effects.
I'm having a little trouble finding out exactly what I need in my diet, I'm thinking 5 meals a day, taking in 3,000 or hopefully more calories, with complex carbs, and around 200g of protein.
