hey this question might be dump but a buddy and i are arguing, he says you have to inject on monday and thursday im telling him that it really doesnt matter which days you inject on as long as you give it a 3 days rest.

btw we're talking about a TEST E 500mg e/w cycle

plz tell me whos right so i can shut him the f**k up

It does not matter what day or what time of day you inject, however what is important is knowing the half life of the drug you are using and dosing accordingly. Test E is a long ester and twice a week is fine but for the sake of argument you could also inject a lesser dose every day or eod for that matter. What is important is constant blood levels. Your friend is wrong....

it doesnt matter when you shoot in the week...its arbitrary. With test E, you could even shoot once a week even though twice would be better...the only thing is, which ever day(s) you pick, be consistent... if its tuesday and friday, then make it EVERY tue and fri...
