last cycle this year need help????????

so this is going to be the last cycle this year for me i would like to use what i have left over,never combined these but anyone has any ideas,it would be great?thanks

40ml test e,250mg/ml
30 ml winnie 25 mg/ml
20ml primo,250mg/ml
nolvadex 20 mg,50 of them
60 ml luquid suspension clomid,50 mg

stats
27,198lbs 6ft 10% bf
