Hi everyone.


I'm 29yo 110kg (242lbs) 5'11" and been training for close on 9 years.

My goal is to gain more size and strenght. not so much to cut up.

My question is as I've never used steroids before, for a first cycle would
250ml of sustanon twice a week for 8 weeks be any good. was told by one guy it would, another told me to halve it and add something like deca.

As you can probably tell I know F"$k all about this subject.


Also would I need a PCT after this (first cycle and that)?
Nolvadex was mentioned to me. how/ when/ howmuch?

Any info or a point in the right direction would be great.

Sustanon is OK but there are better options such as Testosterone Enanthate. If all you can get is sust thats fine

250mg Twice a week is OK but do it for 12 weeks not 8. Leave the deca out for your next cycle.

PCT should start 18 days after your last Sust injection. If you do Test E then it will start 14 days after the last shot.

PCT should look like this

Day 1-30 - 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolvadex ED
