You absolutely should. Best way if you have someone who can show you the first time and then moitor you the second time. Soewhere on this board there are preetty good directions if you do not know someone who can. PM me if you want and I'll talk u through it.

i wouldnt use any compound that would require ed or eod injections for the first cycle if ur injecting it urself. i thought the first time when injecting urself was tense

i heard by doing quad shots you could hit a serious nerve and pass out and your leg would be numb for awhile.. could you clear that up for me and i was thinking of doing glute shots would it be ok to do them standing up

I shoot quads, very easy to do. Both hands are there and you can see what you are doing easily. Plus you can use 1" needle on quads instead of 1.5". The nerve to watch for it the sciatic nerve but that is in your glute not your quad.

as long as u shoot in the right area, u should be fine. i never hit anything and i always sat down doin it

Never had any problems with quads. Ass and shoulders are also good. I have a paramedic friend that hits me in the rear delt sometimes as well. All good.

i like quads...way more stable, i have trouble turning around and doing glutes and keeping a steady hand.

my first shot was in the quads....i thought it was gunna hurt like hell but i didnt feel anything.....imo i would do a quad for the first like other people said you can see what your doing

i gad someone stick my first time he got so nerves he started shaking and poking little holes over and over lol than i grabed it and just put it in so do it your self

take out the spaces, its nerve racking but after the first time its a piece of piss
