    Starting Out

    Ive been lingering around as a guest for a while here. Great website by the way.

    Im not going to lie, im not the most energetic person in the world, and Im not as active as I'd like to be. I do have weights, creatine, weight gainer, and soy protein all in powder form. I've taken them some and worked out and saw no improvement. Im 18 years, 140 pounds (been 140 for at least a year, if not two years), around 5 foot 9 inches tall.

    I was thinking seriously about giving anabolics a try, I have done my research and have decided that the positives outweigh the negatives. If I had them I would start working out with my weights again and start eating like a horse because of the guaranteed results. Nothing else has provided me with any results (not even a pound of weight gain).

    Can anybody tell me if you would recommend I start or would you decide against it? With either answer please give reasons for. Thanks in advance for your help.

    At 18 definitly not. you havnt gained anything because you are not eating right and I dont care what you say you are not. Post up your diet and lets have a look at it. You are way to young to be juicing, apart from the fact that you dont need it yet

    I agree 110 percent with you Kale. Im going to start organizing a diet plan starting today and see what happens with my weight. First Im going to do some research here on the forums, pick a date to start my diet, etc.

    Thanks for that simple two sentence reply. I had thoughts that I may not be eating right (junk food, chips, fast food, eating out all the time, etc.). I use my protein and weight gainer with this but I suppose that doesnt even matter.

    I suppose its time to suck it up and start forcing the good food in me. Also after I made this post I did some more research about when to start AS's and from what I read, you're right 18 is way too young.

    I guess the grocery store is calling my name.

    spend your money on brown rice ,sweet pataoes,chicken,beef,tuna,pasta,nuts,oats all that kind of stuff

    Smart kid if you mean it. Here is what a bulking diet looks like http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=113010 When you are trying to gain weight this is a lifestyle change, you will think of nothing else but what you should be eating and when, you should be pissed at yourself if you miss a meal or even a protien shake. When you eat sometimes you will need water to force the food down, you will feel like gaging sometimes. Trust me this is not an easy thing to do, but if you really want to gain weight that is what you will have to do. Good luck dude, and we are here to help you with all the advice you need.
