Clen question
Im taking clen and my temp has been around 95-97. Why isnt it raising my temp?

how long have you been taking it for?
my temperature did not rise dramatically on it, some people respond to it differently than others.
what dosage are you running etc

are you doing this for medical reasons .... ?

im following beast's thread..right now 60mcg. is it pointless to take it anymore? b/c the whole point is to raise not lower your temp to help burn right?

clen increases your metabolism as well as raising your temp by a degree or 2.
the real fat burning properties come from doing cardio like crazy to take advantage of the faster metabolism and the mild heat increase.
120 is where i was comfortable. i took 200mcg for a couple days and it just gave me headaches.

im the same i stick with 120mcgs and my temp only went up by 2 degrees once atleast that i know of but i did get some good results from my last clen run dont worry about your temp as much atleast thats wat ive always heard unless it goes to like 100 and somehing lol

do i have to increase slowly or can i just go to 100mcg? Someone said more isnt better but why do you increase dosage?

well my pills are 40mcgs first two days i took one didnt feel much a lil headache 3rd and 4th day took 80mcgs felt a lil less headache and a lil hotter at times more hyper and from there on out i went to 120mcgs kept it at that dose till 3rd wk where i took benadryl everynight before bed stopped after wk 4 and my next run im going to run it after my next cycle during pct for 3wks

it all depends on your body how much it can take wouldnt recommend anything over 160

i was thinkin of startin at 20 and gettin up to where i feel comfortable 120-160 the pyramiding back down! increasing 20mcd ed!

i had done a bulking cycle before this and i still maintained my cals anywhere from 3500 to 4000 ed and was still able to shred a few pounds i dropped 13lbs in four wks

ya 200 is way to much my sweet spot is 120mcgs i dont need to put my heart at a bigger risk going over that lol
