How safe it is?

Hi everyone, I have a friend that told me he has some gear left but he lives 1200 miles away(both live in the States) So what is the safest way to get it? Can I trust the postal office(some people say that they scan every package). I don't have a local source anymore . Anyway what do you think?

Domestic is usually fine. They can not open it unless the have PC/RS (then they have to get a warrant).
Tell him to package it very well

Agree USPS should be fine if packed very well. Just make sure you don't start a cycle with his leftovers unless they're enough to run full cycle and pct on hand.

The safest way is to go and pick it up yourself. If that's not an option, USP Mail is relatively safe, as stated above.
