    Cutting with test e

    Current stats 20 6'0 230lbs no cycle experience 22%bodyfat. Goal bust my hump in the gym for two months hoping to cut 30lbs body fat then start a cycle of test e 500mg week for 12 weeks with dbol 20mgs ed for 4 weeks and end up 235-240 with 7-8%body fat. Obtainable? comments or suggestions appreciated

    It is possible if you keep your diet clean and keep your sodium intake down.

    Sounds like your goals for for being 240 lbs at 8% bf after 12 weeks of test e are not going to be realistic... If you DO cut 30 lbs of fat and end up starting your cycle at 200lbs I bet you could put on a CLEAN 15-20 lbs max of LBM but that would be only if you TRAINED HARD, had a very STRICT CLEAN DIET, and took a lot of advice from experienced members from this board....

    Your first cycle is a bit different than a second or third, your body has never had those compounds injected or consumed so it probably won't react the same way as a second, third or fourth cycle... Of course don't let this get you down though, you will reach your goals if you work hard and don't just expect to get there in one shot (first cycle) also remember when you are done reaching your goal you really aren't done.... it's on going until the day you die..

    Do you have ALL your gear ? if not make sure you have ALL of it before you start as I have made the mistake as many others by not having everything they needed.... make sure you have a PCT all ready...

    What will your diet look like when cutting that 30lbs off? and then what will your diet be when on test e + dbol ? That will help us give you some better answers...... GL!

    I would like to know what the diet is going to consist of for cutting the 30lbs of fat and the diet you'll be on while on your test e + dbol.... i would imagine anyone else would want to know the same thing if they were REALLY going to try and help out....

    well to start, imo the #'s are high, to lose that much weight in 2 months would be a great acheivment. Then to gains 20-30lbs of lbm, well thats something else. Seems like your ideas are on track. How long have you been training straight for? By your stats I say not too long so it may be in your best interest to wait on the cycle and build some natural muscle, strengthen tendons/liagaments before using AAS.

    Very ambitious goals and not realistically attainable. However I’ll bet if you go on your cycle after you drop that much weight you will see some serious gains, it’s a bit like priming before a cycle.

    However judging by your stats I’m not sure you have adequate training and diet knowledge although you could have been more interested in building size and strength rather than a good looking physique?

    It all depends on your knowledge of training and diet.

    Will you be using anything to assist in the weight loss or just do it naturally?

    For the weight loss portion of this i will not be using steriods but perhaps various weight loss pills but id say my knoledge is on par as far as diet approach and style of training ive seen imense gains from my style when ive been motivated enough to try

    excellent! Good luck to you! keep us posted on how it's working out and always let us know if you have questions... for the weight loss you may want to consider an eca stack (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) and/or clen. Both of those used properly can assist you in speeding up the fat loss.

    anyone mine showing me a sample cycle of clen? how many weeks, how many mg week and with what? thanks guys

    perfect beast has a great write up on it.. just search for him and u find it.

    as for the question on test for cutting. its great choice as its VERY anticatabolic.. no where near as potent as a nor group and it wont dry u out as most dht's will but its still better than nothing

    for dropping bf% its almost impossible to drop more than 1% a week w/o losing insane amounts of lbm.

    tai, i want to read a write up from you regarding the losing 1% of bf per week without losing lbm.... obviously I believe you, I just want to take your advice... :] who knows you probably already have a write up but I'll search your posts after I hit up the gym....

    well u can approach it in a mathmatical point of view.

    usually once u go over 1000 kCaloric deficite per day ur going to go into a catabolic state.. depending on HOW FAT u really are, and how much aas ur taking.

    thus a 7000cal loss per week is the average.
    thats ruffly 2lbs of fat
