    2 Questions In 1....

Im going to be the best man in my friends wedding on March 11th. I'm looking to really get shredded for the event so a brotha can look his best.
I see that AAR has the Clen /T3 combo. Should i take this combo for max results or just stick with the Clen??

If i were to mail a payment to AAR for my product, should i add that extra $30 for it to be expressed just as it would be added if i ordered it online??

P.S. i was already on my way to purchasing the Clen but then i saw that AAR offered the T3 along with it.....

my diet is top notch. but i could push myself i little bit harder on the cardio side. instead of just jogging i should incorporate sprinting. anyways...... it seems no one is really giving me the two answers im looking for.

I dont get this drug culture thing. Everyone seems to think that drugs do all the work. Anabolics help, but they dont put you on stage at the Mr. O. Same with fat burners, they might do a little bit to help, but you must have diet and cardio in check first. Diet and cardio are 99% of the gig.

Like I wouldnt know, either. Ive ran everything from clen to PGCL (one of the most potent weightloss drugs known) and they wont do shat compared to a clean diet and cardio.

So, dont give me your "NEXT" comment. It proves you havent put the right things in order. Please list your diet including macros, and we'll see how top notch it is. Dont forget to list the cardio you do (durations, sessions, intensity, etc).

I tell it how it is. Its reality. You dont like it, fine. You ask questions, and so I try to back up and evaluate what the real issue is. You obviously are insecure about posting up your diet, and I wonder why. If youre really wanting to make something work, you'd put in the time to evaluate everything.

I never called you names or told you to get laid. Youre acting like a child. Children call names and attack when they dont get what they want. Keep doing what youre doing, its working well.

if ur asking if u need to be doing sprinting then its obvious you need to read up on proper cardio protocols for fat loss.. also i wouldnt be surprised if ur diet was sub par.

here we go again!! WEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! it just doesnt stop. no two men have the same exact diet. i eat what i eat and its very healthy...FOR ME....FOR ME it is healthy. hell, the next man might not like the shyt that i eat and i might not like the shyt he eats. so when you say "sub par"....is that by your standards or what?

sub par meaning your diet is probably
    A. fairly low in protein reducing the thermogenic state.
    B. Your macros are off from that of an OPTIMAL cutting diet
    C. Your meal times and macros most likely do not match up to that of a diet that would increase ones metabolic rate.
    D. your protein TYPES are probably limited to that of just shakes..

just some ideas of what i think your diet would consist of, or rather, Be Lacking.
since DIET DICTATES what happens to ones body composition.. i would really like to see what your eating and when.. but if your just looking for a magic pill to help you fit into your pants for the wedding i suggest trimspa

No need for the t3, just do the clen if you had your heart set on doing something. T3 you will loose too much muscle, and anti-catabolic effects of clen are grossly over-rated. Look forward to your next thread on how to run clen.

I personally wouldn't go with the T3 combo simply because it can be catabolic if your not on aas. With that said, if the wedding is in March than your diet and cardio have to be on point for you to get "shredded." By on point, I don't mean eating "healthy" or just staying away from junk food. I mean you have to have to have a structured diet of 6-7 meals a day with your macros planned out accordingly and your calorie intake at around 13x's your lbm. You have to understand what carbs give you nice steady insulin releases and at what times you should have them. You have to eat an appropiate amount of fat as well to lose weight. That's why these guys are asking you for your diet. They're not trying to flame you or anything they're trying to help you reach your goals.

Yeah, if your sending money your gonna need to send the whole amount, but it would be a lot faster if you use a credit card or debit card. My stuff usually takes about 4 days to come in.

how can u not be flamed, you ask a question with giving LIL to NO Background info then when people chime in on the MOST important aspect on dropping BF u throw a tissy because its not what YOU Wanted to hear...

and anyone who has ample knowledge of diet and its importance could quickly regurgitate their macros and basic structure/outline of their diet w/o the slightest bit of hesitation... BUT in your case, you have an immediate onset of mental regression and act like a 6yr old child trying to get his mom to buy him a transformer at Wal-Mart.
