Please help
Hi all
im wanting to start a training program to put on around 2 - 3 stone in muscle im 5ft 11 and just under 13 stones,so im pretty slim.
Could anyone draw up a training plan/diet plan.
my mate said start on steroids with a good diet and you will soon gain,but what steroids would be best to start with?

you do NOT need steroids ..you NEED food..if you cant grow naturally, then you wont grow on steroids either..read this and start eating like it suggests

bro you first have to learn steroids & know what each one them do to you. Do some research & then ask questins. No one here will tell what to take..
As far as the diet ther's a diet section no this site with good info.

that is true but only with proper diet and training, and you still need to research the hell out of steroids before you start them i wouldnt want to inject something into my body just bc someone told me i should without knowing anything about it

been on this diet 7 days -
breakfast - 4 raw eggs
bowl porridge
fruit
mid morning - protein shake
lunch - 4 jacket potatos with tuna,beetroot
rice pudding
afternoon - protein shake
dinner - chicken,with various veg
or a pasta dish with chicken or turkey
supper - boiled/poached/scrambled eggs 5 in total
it does change slightly from day to day.

I wouldnt want to eat something just because someone told me to. Would you drink gasoline if your buddy told you to, probably not.

Leek, do you research in the diet forum mate. It really is the key to growth, not AAS.
IMO you are not ready for AAS, a proper diet and training programme is whats needed first to maximize your potential.-XL
