    dbol/deca/test cyp-reps?

    hi
    im doing a dbol ,deca ,test cyp cycle

    Week 1-5 dbol 50mg/ED
    Week 1-12 deca 400mg/once a week
    Week 1-14 test cyp 350mg/once a week

    and basicly with this cycle im planning on bulking up and putting on as much muscle/strenth as possible and i was just wondering how much workout reps shuold look like

    first set- 12-10
    second set- 8-10
    third set- 4-6

    does that sound good?

    and also i took my fisrt shots yesterday and i did the glutes i didnt take the deca and test at the same time i did them both on different cheeks and my right cheek(the one i injected the deca in) seems to hurt alot and i cant evev sit down wtihout having it hurt and it was my first time taking deca so i was just wondering is this normal? and also ive been having major headaches since i started is this normal to cause ive never had this hapen before

    You shouldnt have to change your workout routine because your on cycle. Continue with what you are doing and as the gear starts to kick in you will notice strength increase in which you can modify your weights/reps then. If the current exercises you are doing arent working then yes, change them but not just becuase your on gear.

    Ok so up your weight as you grow. In order to reach muscle hypertrophy its been reaserched something like 30 reps min. in an exercise. Work around that, this should be in the exercise forum. Not to up on the "science" about workouts, just know what works for me and things that i need to change from time to time.

    still shouldnt matter with your lifting techniques. Up your weights as you go and keep the rep range for what works for you. Cardio is what burns fat bro and shows all that nice muscle underneath, not changing your lifting techniques.
