Hey all, new here and just wanted to run my cycle by the pros. I have been on for about 3 weeks, feel a bit stronger, pants are a bit looser, but not sure if that has anything to do with the cycle or just the working out.
I am 35 years old, 6 foot 1, 250 pounds.
Started cycle 3 weeks ago and have lost about 10 pounds and have gone from (30%bf - yuck, I said it) to 27% in the 3 weeks.
Cycle:
Monday-350iu’s HCG w/ 1iu of HGH
Tuesday-350iu’s HCG w/ 1iu of HGH
Wednesday-1iu of HGH, 200mg Testosterone Cypionate
Thursday-1iu of HGH
Friday-1iu of HGH
All HGH and HCG shots are reconstituted with B12. I have ready a lot of negative and positive quotes on the B12 mix, but was told to mix with the b12 and that batch is what I am still using.
From what I am told, this cycle is good for HRT from anti-aging. my goal is to lower the body fat and body weight... Is this cycle going to benefit me or not taking enough?
Am working out 5 days a week.
40 mins of cardio at 5a when first getting up, and then lifting when I get home from work and put my son to bed at around 9:30p.
