stats: 6'2", 200lbs, 25 years old...lifting for several years
(i was 240 about 6 months ago, began cutting heavily about 2 months ago and went from 223 to now: about 198)
ok...coulpe of things actually:
1- i want to begin putting on the muscle that i used to have (WITHOUT PUTTING ON THE FAT AGAIN!!! - very important)
SOOOOO: what should i be using and for how long (consider also that i put on fat very easily in cycle)
2- how much should i be running/cardio while in cycle?...I DONT WANT TO PUT ON ANY FAT AGAIN...but i dont want to run so much that im burning on muscle while im in cycle...(ill be eating A LOT in cycle but almost all clean)
