How to prevent joint pain while on Winny

Hi, Anyone have joint pain while on Winny? I have it since the first shot. I've heard a lot of guys has the same problem so figured out someone there has to know how to treat it while on Winny. It doesn't really bothers me except if I do heavy sets. I have to do really light sets to avoid the pain. Advice appreciated.

I have never had the joint pain from it but I have read others that say you should take glucosamine.

Don't use an AI with it.

That will help.

Winny is a form of DHT, and that in and of itself will cut down on your Estradiol (E2).

glucosamine and chondroitin complex can help and deff consider cutting out ur AI if ur using one, iono if it will help or not but it makes sense on paper

I've heard about some supp called "flex" smth that helps and it's designed specially for joint pain. Anyone gave it a try.

i have a friend that takes low dose of deca with his winnie it stoped all his pain but i am not sure if it had any negative effects on cuttting

Not DECA is NPP(another form of Deca). NPP is used as cutting and bulking but it works better cutting
because it does not give you that bloating effect much dryer look. Also it can be injected many ways...

npp is Nandrolone Phenylpropionate also know as durabolin, its really the same thing. its still nandrolone just a different ester.

i would agree with just taking some deca.

winny drys out your joints and deca lubes them problem solved. i hope

250-300mgs ew of deca should be fine and at that low a dose you wouldnt have to worry about any bloat

It all depends i think if you are taking ED injections of winny you might want to add NPP with in the same injection. Also it depends how much winny you taking and you can add 75mg to 50mg a day of NPP

I have run winny with and without deca. I wouldn't wun it again without deca. I had your same probs, the deca took care of it the second time around.

I am running winny with test, but i also take small amounts of Deca and glucosamine. It helps.

the higher the dose.. the greater the pain.. deca helps slightly but at higher doses its barely noticable

And for the record, the pain isn't due to a drying effect. It is due to structural changes in the collagen in the joints that is caused by winny.
