    Cycle now or wait....need your help

    I have been lifting for about a year now pretty seriously. I am eating pretty clean and have put on pretty good clean solid mass. I'm 5'9 190 and about 12% body fat. Bench 300 squat 405...i'm currently running nano vapor whey protein and sus 500....what do you guys think? please be honest.

    cycle and see if you like it make sure you have a pct set up and have some anti estrogens on hand. do a testosterone based cycle and have fun with it.

    have any suggestions i have done anavar to gain some lean mass but only wen at 20 mg a day for about 3 weeks didnt gain much mass at all but did gain lots of strength and became lots more solid....appreciate the help so far....but if you have any idea help me out....

    well i usually try to take in around 3000 cals and at least 250g of protein ive been eatin real clean and starting to get into cardio now afte ri put on mass so im trying to keep my carbs around 150g.

    railroad u can not pm so how are u liking the sus 500.. i heard its better then sostenol but i call bs on that.. how do u like it???

    i'd say go for it if u feel strong enough about. some might say ur too young. i'd up those cals too

    I like the sus 500 a lot....it has seemed to really work for me...my cals were way up and i put on lots of mass like i said earlier....now im tryin gto cut down and lean out a bit

    I think if ya been lifting a year and already benching 300 and squating 400 you doing pretty good. That is if those numbers arent exagerated or on some machine. but I feel its way to soon for any type steroid .

    ive only been lifting serious for a year sicne ive been in college ive played football and baseball all my life so ive lifted since i as a sophmore. a year ago i was benching 225 and squatting 315. but i just think im reaching my potential. its hard to eat real real clean in college but im doing my best thats for sure

    the IDEAL method is to LIFT properly and DIET properly for about 3-4years.. then start aas.. you will be amazed at what spending $$ on food instead of AAS can do for you plus the gain retention will be practically permanent
