Ok, I have not started doing any cycles yet because I am still working on a consistant diet and exercise program. But, I have been taking DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) for a while now.
I know DHEA is not a real AAS, but I have read that it promotes similar, yet much less noticable effects. My question is this, if it is similar in the sense that it creates muscle mass like AAS, should it be cycled?
I can't find any information about the use of DHEA, and I have been taking about 500mg a week. Like I said, I am not claiming this to be a real steroid, but if anyone can give me some info about it, that would be great.
Oh yeah, I have noticed that when I take it, it gives me some mood changes (easily irritated), and restlessness at night.
