    Diet on Clen

    About to start a cycle for clen, I'm taking it to lose weight. Any suggestions on what kinda diet I need to be on when i start? Thanks

    Clen is anti-catabolic so you can cut calories pretty deep and still maintain muscle mass.

    I'd aim for 1400 calories per day 50/25/25 protein/fat/carbs.

    If you're stacking anything with it (like T3 or anabolics) your caloric intake would be higher, but the macros are about right.

    the anti catabolic effects of clen are highly overrated.

    even so, these so called anti catabolic effects dont kick in until around 6 weeks of clen usage, and even then the effects are negligable

    I am about to start a cycle of Test E, Tren E, and d-bol (kickstart) while run letro .2mg EOD and have plenty of Nolvadex on hand for PCT, but I was also thinking about running clen during my PCT to shed any water weight. What do you guys think? Pros and cons? What week of PCT should I start the clen? Help needed thanks

    thank you, im so tired of seeing people parrot that about clen..you need much higher doseages than what we take for clen to be anticatabolic...1400 calories is probably pretty low..dont know your stats, but thats not a lot of food

    Not sure why you think clen will shed water weight? It will fall off by itself naturally when you come off cycle..or you use an AI to keep it off, not clen

    GUILTY!!! Didn't want to start a whole thread about it. Just thought the clen during PCT would help kickstart the water retention loss.
