I am just wondering if it's true that you are supposed to hit a spot 1x per week?
Ie. Left Delt = Monday, Right Delt = Wednesday, Left Glute = Friday
etc.
I mean, I went to shoot my leg this morning, and it hurt so much... my delts are just so much easier (and pain free).
But I fear the absess!
Anyways, just tips/ideas/verification/experience... etc.
