    Thumbs down Injection Sites - 1x per week?

    I am just wondering if it's true that you are supposed to hit a spot 1x per week?
    Ie. Left Delt = Monday, Right Delt = Wednesday, Left Glute = Friday
    etc.

    I mean, I went to shoot my leg this morning, and it hurt so much... my delts are just so much easier (and pain free).

    But I fear the absess!

    Anyways, just tips/ideas/verification/experience... etc.

    people often alternate injection sites to avoid a build up of scar tissue.

    I have use some spots 2x per week, but only when the injection was 1 cc and the injection would be mon/Fri

    I am wondering this too as I will be injecting one substance eod for he last 6 weeks of my cycle and another one every 3.5 days so I will have 4 or 5 shots per week and I am only shooting quads will it be a problem.

    yes i would suggest rotating to other sites... like others said it will only build up scar tissue... my sites are delts, quads, glutes, and pecs if i need it but i think i'll move to bi's next..delts are very easy as well as glutes i would suggest rotating more sites.

    1" for delts/quads/bi's use 1.5 for glutes

    Monday = 1cc Testosterone Enanthanate & 1cc Trenbolone Acetate
    Wednesday = 1cc Trenbolone Acetate
    Friday = 1cc Trenbolone Acetate

    After reading this half-stolen thread, am I to understand that I CANNOT use JUST delts for this cycle of shots?
    Quads KIIIILLL!
    I'm also not comfortable shooting my "glute"..

    I think glute shots are the easy ones to do. I switch sides every 4 days with my shot but Im only doing 250mg of test c each shot. And I am using a 22gauge 1" needle.

    If I were you I would rotate between 4 sites.... my 4 personally are quads and delts... if quads hurt try the glutes, I know you say you haven't done these yet but there's a first time for everything..... glutes aren't bad at all, that's where I first began and it isn't bad, I'm just out of 1.5" pins so i'm sticking to delts / quads until pins come in... Glutes are best done with a 1.5" 23-25g pin.... obviously the 25g will be felt LESS but then again it will take a tad more time pushing the oils through the needle.

    glutes are pretty much painless for me. I like the fact that 25g takes longer, you Have to inject slower, I personally HATE quads because the muscle is so tight and 1inch into that muscle kinda freaks me out, plus my muscle starts to twitch, delts and glutes for me only.

    I agree. I hate quads. I used to rotate glutes, delts, triceps, traps. The traps are tricky by yourself and I prob wouldn't recommend it. I only injected the winny there so the amount was low and they were pretty quick.

    Youve injected into ur trapz? Holy shyt... whats that like and how does one aspirate?? lol


    I <3 quads. No pain next day. easy to do, good muscle mass there too

    Pretty simple: shoulder, shoulder, ass, ass, shoulder shoulder ass ass.. repeat x 12

    if u want u can even add quad in the mix.

    (obviously when I say SHOUDLER SHOULDER i mean left then right shoulder..)
