    clen w/low cardio?

    so has anyone used clen and just hate cardio and got any type of deacant results. i have it and i just hate fricken running just tryin to lose 5-10lbs off the mid section. i hate runnin! has any used this and not ran much more than 2x a week! for about 40 min runs!

    not me personally cuz i love cardio but a friend of mine hates it just as you have explained he used some clen his diet wasnt the best and only played basketball 2 or 3 times a wk not much and lost 8 or 9 lbs in a total of 4 wks

    really?? that gets my hopes up a bit! i know i should run more but dont really have the option too! (long story) im not tryin to find an excuse not to run either!

    Try and do a steep incline walk. Easier on knees. You only need your heart rate around 135 or so for 40 minutes to burn fat. If you just cant bear to do any cardio then cut way back on your calories and carb intake, you will see some results. But make sure you go heavy and keep killing it in the gym or next thing you know you will end up looking like a lil girl...Post this in the research chemicals room, you will get a better response.

    dont have any problem with my knees. no i wouldnt get a better response there, i know it is the correct section for it but there are more people in here! carbs are in check im not gaining weight just cant rid the few excess lbs on the stomach! cant do cardio im jail bound..

    lol what can i say man im on my laptop almost all day if im not training or in school im on here its become like an addiction trying to learn more ed or help ppl out my post are up cuz I usually try to help ppl with there questions if i know the answer instead of some guys that just bash them or whatever either way i guess this site has become my new lil hobby.

    sorry i couldnt help in asking what does jail have to do with cardio ?

    Ahhhh, yeah that would change things. In that case if your diets in check, then I think the clen is still worth using.

    dont have much area to run..and i got yelled at last time i tried runnin in place! lmfao! im out on work realease during the day but my office is the same situation...i can lift cause they have some stuff at the jail and rigged up some stuff in my cell. but now im just gonna try crankin out the sit ups! yeah its good u dont flame like all the newbs that think they know everything good posts so far i been reading most of them! thanks bro

    damn that sucks about the cardio part but ya you should still see some weight loss might not all be around the stomach remember that but for sure you will and thanks for the compliment good luck with the clen and if you remember PM me during your mid clen cycle just to see what kind of results you getting goodluck again

    Personal experience... cardio is THE KEY
    I've cycled t-4 with max. dose of 600 mcg and NO cardio and guess what, No fat loss at all maybe some leaner gains that's it. ( I was cycling it with sustanon )..

    try changing up your cardio with different things besides running. if your gym has a stairmaster use that for about 20 mins & its feel like you ran for an hour & burned more calories.

    Cardio is a must imo. If you want a lean look, it is all about diet and cardio. The chems just make it a little better. I know a guy why ate pretty well and only did cardio once a week while on 120 mcg/day. He got nothing but extra armpit sweat during the day. Gotta do cardio.

    Suppose It's Possible But The Diet Would Have To Be "picture Perfect". Try Biking Hard For 20-30 Minutes To Shorten It. My Experience For My Body....won't Do Crap On Clen Unless Combined With Diet, Weights And Cardio
