I'm running my first cycle of 20mg Dbol /ed first 3weeks, and 450mg sustanon every week split into eod injections, It's day 12 of my cycle and my nipples are constantly erect like its cold and I notice they are protruding ever so slightly like during puberty, they are not sore or itchy and no lumps just as if a small drop of fat was placed under each nipple, is this of any concer and should I start nolva? or is this normal during a cycle for your nipple to become slightly puffy and often erect
