    broken arm

I'm going to do a cycle of sustanon 250 only. At the moment I have a broken arm and have 3weeks to go. It sucks not being in the gym. once my cast is off how soon could I start my cycle?

I was thinking I should wait. It's just so hard when, your weak, and want to come back fast, not to mention the gear is in front of you.

I would train at least a few months at full strength with that arm before I began cycle.

I say "F*CK IT" bro and hop on that shit... I lifted like crazy for years and then got a (ex) girlfriend and got lazy (my fault I know).. went to the gym a handfull of times over 2 years, lost the majority of my strength. I was thinking I should get back to where I was prior to the bitch but I couldnt take it. The psychological stress of not being able to rep 225 anymore was too much for me, seeing 17 yr old kids repping that shit out in the gym made me feel like CRAP.. that in itself was so much discouragement from even going..

long story short I hopped on a cycle, mid way thru now and kicking ASS at the gym, strength and gains have been incredible!!! No regrets, WHATSOEVER.

However I do not reccommend you go too heavy or exert that arm too much bro, take it easy, but do as much as u safely are able to do... GET ON IT BRO, if u know what ur doing thou...!! Train a week or two back to back just to get your body re-aquianted to the weight then start jabbin away! lol Just my .02

i lost a golf ball size piece of meat from my forearm from a mortar round a few yrs ago. i had been lifting prolly around 4yrs at the time. when i went back to the gym about 2months after it happened i couldnt curl 10lbs in that hand without the weight falling out. i made myself a deal. if i could curl 25lb in that arm for 10reps i could start juicing. sure as sh1t i was there in 2more months and at the end of that cycle i was almost back to normal. so take it easy at 1st and get a decent amount of strength in your arm before starting to juice.
