needle size

for some reason I got 22 x 3/4 needles, instead of 22 x 1'' needles. Can I pin my qaud with these, since I the a low percentage of body fat (9%). Or should i toss them, and get the 1''.

You could probably use them for delts, but I would go with 1" for quad.

i draw with a 23 and shoot with a 25! but yeah need a 1" for quads!
