Ok, so I dont understand something here.. yes in a perfect world we'd all be eating chicken breasts, lean sirlion, swordfish, 10 times a day. but unfortunately many of us do not have sufficient time to prepare all that food (dont give me the dedication bullshit speech either, please), or even some lack the $$$. My research has led me to learn that the body absorbs WHEY proteins the most EFFICIENTLY. And if you cram enough shyt in your shake there is absolutely NO REASON why you couldnt have 3-4 per day an not experience tremendous gains.
Im sorry I just dont buy the fact that every meal MUST be food.. Ive been on NLArge-2 gainer for many years now 2-3 times per day and have had superb results. Ok so maybe id be another 3-4 lbs heavier if I had eaten chicken instead of shakes, but then again I wouldnt have been able to afford the chicken in the first place because my productivity would have decreased cuz i wouldve been in the kitchen instead of at work. (yea i know i couldve used microwave, u get my drift).
