    need help

    well. here it is... im a junior at my high school. 17 years of age. been training seriously since i was 12. im 5'10 170 and 9% body fat. i work out 4-5 days a week. i will take anabolic steroids for 1 reason. i need to go to college. plain and simple. i have realized over the past year that i will not go to college unless i recieve a football scholarship. my family simply does not have the money. i am not rich, so cost is an issue. my grades are decent, but wont get me any scholarships. this is my future. i need every edge posible to get an advantage. i have weighed the pros and cons/risk and rewards. i will take steroids and nothing you tell me will stop me, so please help me choose which steroids/cycles are best for me. which steroids will not stunt my growth, and will taking anti-e's prevent growth suppression? i am educated and have been researching for weeks. I have been getting gains, but i want to be around 190-200 by the time the season starts because my coach told me hes moving me to linebacker for my senior year. please help and please understand my situation. thank you in advance.

    for you the best steroid is food..if your stuck where you are and you cant gain at your age, steroids arent gonna do it for ya either..a good diet will get you to your goals faster than a poor diet and steroids..i know you dont know how to eat to build muscle at 17 years old..

    It is not worth hurting your body and closing your growth plates pre-maturely to increase your chances of going to college. I would seek grants and other student loans there are many options that do not require re-payment until after you are done school.

    Also steroids are very expensive and you would be better off saving that cash you would inevest in a cycle and put that money towards college.

    and i know how to bulk. my diet..

    breakfast-4eggs+wheaties or oatmeal+milk+orange
    in between- mass xxx(protein+cals)
    lunch- chicken salad+apple+lean turkey or meat+lots of milk
    in between- pb&j+grapes/apple/orange..fruit+whey gold standard protein
    dinner- spagghetti& lots of meatballs+ italian bread+milk+ sausages
    pre workout- 1 packanimal pak
    post workout- muscle milk+amino acid supplement
    before bed- pb&j+muscle milk

    that is a normal day for me. i dont drink soda or eat fast food. at all.

    not nearly enough protein in your diet and most appears to come from protein shakes, which isnt that great..try getting protein from real food instead..you need to learn what post workout nutrition is too..muscle milk after workout is a poor choice for a protien shake..way too much fat

    Still do you want to grow anymore? I grew alot at around the time I was your age. I shot up over the summer from 5'11 to 6'2 I finished at 6'2.5" just remember it is irreversible once your growth plates are closed. It is not worth it you could be a far better athlete and be much larger stronger if you just let yourself grow to your natural potential first.

    im small at 170 but im solid and have been making gains but obviously 170 isnt big enough to play lber

    the advice you get is for you own good..i know its not what you want to hear, but were just trying to help you and no one in their right mind will suggest a 17 year old kid do steroids

    i understand you are trying to help me and thank you. now about my grades. i screwed up real bad in my freshman and sophmore years and i mean bad. i have been dedicated ever since and my grades have improved alot. and i have read anavar will not stunt growth, but actually improve linear growth. and i think im done growing anyway. ive been shaving completely since age 14and have only grown an inch since then.

    Those are not signs you are done growing. In fact I can almost guarantee you would continue to gow atleast a bit if you are smart. Anavar alone is VERY VERY expensive and needs to be taking in high doses. Save your money for college!

    No matter how you slice it, no one here will ever suggest someone your age do any steroids. I know it's not what you want to hear, and for that I'm sorry, but the truth is through proper diet and training you could be much bigger than you are.

    200lbs to play linebacker, thats still way to small to get a free ride..if ur a junior now and not getting recruiting letters then u dont have a chance anyway..and to rely on steroids for school, here is the truth, u r to small to play college linebacker, hell, pending on the county, to small to play highschool linebacker....college will already be looking at u if u had the talent to go next level...
    go to comunity college for to years, it is cheap, then transfer to a big school and finish ur degree...

    Ok, so I dont understand something here.. yes in a perfect world we'd all be eating chicken breasts, lean sirlion, swordfish, 10 times a day. but unfortunately many of us do not have sufficient time to prepare all that food (dont give me the dedication bullshit speech either, please), or even some lack the $$$. My research has led me to learn that the body absorbs WHEY proteins the most EFFICIENTLY. And if you cram enough shyt in your shake there is absolutely NO REASON why you couldnt have 3-4 per day an not experience tremendous gains.

    Im sorry I just dont buy the fact that every meal MUST be food.. Ive been on NLArge-2 gainer for many years now 2-3 times per day and have had superb results. Ok so maybe id be another 3-4 lbs heavier if I had eaten chicken instead of shakes, but then again I wouldnt have been able to afford the chicken in the first place because my productivity would have decreased cuz i wouldve been in the kitchen instead of at work. (yea i know i couldve used microwave, u get my drift).

    Try a mutil - B complex I read its an appetite stimulator. take all ur vitamins bro. Ur what, 17, so ud be a junior, or held back sophomore? lol jk are u on varsity of JV? yeah everyone here is correct with the advice they are giving you, your body is changing dramatically right now, hormonal changes, endocrinal changes, growth spurts... Just try liftin heavier and maybe ask coach to get u on some training regimen and/or nutritional plan. mainly do bench, deadlift, and squat. and no high school partying, bro! although i know the girls can be very tempting. anyways wen u get jacked you wont need booze to make em like ya.. haha auf weiteseen

    Tried the shake 3 times and meals 3 times didnt work for me....Thing is eating is part of the whole regime..training eating, sleeping...cooking happens to be part of the regime aswell bro...yeah not everyone has time to do all that...but experience shows me the difference in the 2 bodies...one who eats frequent meals(solid) and the ones on liquid diet...its just not the same.Yes I will say you can make some decent gains on the shakes but no where near the gains on solid food...trust me ive ventured both paths...

    Well then I guess we can agree to disagree!

    Until the time someone shows me actual scientific proof that a "food" fed body yeilds better results than a "shake" fed body I believe there is absolutely no difference. Your digestive enzymes process is all the same, wheather food or shake, body cannot tell the difference. And like I said apparently the human body processes whey proteins the most EFFICIENTLY.

    hey bro i was in the same path as u.. thats why im always asking about the difference between now and a 16 year old because when i was 16 i almost used steroids but didnt because i was scared of drug tests.. all you need to do is eat. eat your ass off. eat 600g carbs a day along with 350g protien and 4500cals. i promis u will grow. i am natrual and in my 4 years of serious working out before i was 18 i gaind 70 pounds. and thats only with eating right for 2 years.. just go in there lift your ass off and eat all day. dont stop eating its your best steroid. chances are you will use anyway but make sure you do it right and take all percautions. be smart and due what your body wants wich is not steroids.
