My First Cicly

Hello BombMen...

I am Brasilian..and I am thinking about take my firt Cicly... I will start with Deca Durabolin and Durateston...do you know then? These are Brasilians steroids ... What are your suggests ?

imo i suggest you read up before you do anything...seems like your kinda in the dark about what they do, side affects, how much to take, ancillaries, post cycle therapy , diet and training while cycling, etc...i could be wrong but if you need a suggestion on what to take then you dont need to be doing a cycle...no flame here, but its not something that one day you just jump and say hey i wanna do some steroids ...

Brother,, I am at fisiclly academy almost 1 year,, I already know a lot of steroid from Brazil e know about efects of then and much more,,please I would like to know your opinion ..I want a cycle to get mass... so ?

To Start I am thinking..
for 8 weeks.

each week:
200mg - Deca Duratexton (1 deca from Grece or 4 deca from here)
+
500mg - Durateston(2)

to protect
Tamoxifeno to chest (Ginecomastia - I dont know in english)
and
Clomid after cycle, I know how much.

I am thin but I have body defined,, I want to swell a little..

what do you think ?

Looks decent to me, but I would suggest bumping the deca to 400mg/week. Tamoxifeno is nolvadex (english) and is a good choice for an anti-estrogen. You can either A) Take 20mg/day for your entire cycle or B) Hold off until the first signs of gyno appear, then go 80mg/day until symptoms go awat, then finish cycle at 20mg/day. Clomid...good choice.
