    Having trouble NOT working out

Hey everyone, for those of you that dont know me Im currently on a 12 week deca/cyp cycle 400/500mg/wk respectively. Began on the 9th of this month and experiencing huge strength and size increases already.

With that being said, the problem that I am having is trying to stay OUT of the gym. I feel as though I can work out every single day and not overtrain. However, I know this is not wise as recovery is a very important aspect of growing. Currently I work out mon-fri, and take sat and sun off. I feel like I can work out all 7 days and keep growing. But I dont know perhaps that isnt a good idea...

Experienced guys out there, please simply re-confirm for me how important rest is and that working out every day would be overall detrimental to my final goals. It just feels like with test inside one that one dosnet have a "normal" body and thereby not needing "normal" rest conditions. Is this not so? Danke!

..and not only that I just feel like while on the gear its like you wanna take advantage of EVERY SINGLE DAY to pump the weight out, you know?? Feels like days off are a waste..

I know what you mean, but I just took two days off and it was killing me. Ill tell you the results in a little after these two days off bc its chest day. Usually after I rest I get even stronger than I was before and feel really refreshed.

you don't grow in the gym. overtraining just makes your goals farther away.
