once your growth plates are closed thats it, your not going to grow so if your older than 18-20 no matter what you take you will not grow any taller

I doubt it will make you tallker man if your in ur 20's! best thing to do is stretch and hope im wrong and you will grow! but its best to take the size you have and try and make the best out of the body god gave you! y not ya know!

seriously...... im not too sure if it was BS or not.... but a girl that i was with on & off (FWB) said it got thicker(girth)..... im not convinced... I think it was just a SERIOUS amount of bloodflow that day. It wont make u taller.......

hey i know what makes you grow but it only works for 1 day afterwards. sleep for like 17-20 hours and honestly you get an inch or two taller then usual. do it a few days in a row for maximum effects. i am normally 5'7 but made it all the way to like 5'8 i swear cos i slept for 3 days of 17-20 hours after not sleeping for a week properly. i just noticed when i was next to people that i had actually grown. was madness!
