    First Cycle - Low Dose Question...anyone?

    This is my first cycle. Have everything I need (Test E)

    This is my question:

    I know that most people run test E at 500 - 750 mg per week for 8 - 12 weeks and can gain 10 - 30 lbs. I really want to start slow and would be happy to gain 5 - 10 AT THE MOST.

    Has anyone run 100 - 150 mg per week for 12 weeks? I know this is low and do not just want the suggestion to take more. I want to know if anyone has run this low and if so what the result was? Thanks

    i have heard of good results with 250 !! maybe you could try that then stop ur cycle once ur results ur hoping for are obtained.

    Depending on your diet and exercise routine and age you could get that total natural without using steroids. Post up your stats and your diet in the diet section for more help.

    150mgs/week is too low.

    250mgs/week will get you some good results, also make sure your diet is in order and you are training hard.

    I am 33 6'2'' 205 15% BF Working out for 5 yrs off and on. Eat good when training hard. I only have 2 vials (10 ML) of test E 100mg/ml + HCG and some colmid>

    What would be the best way to get something out of what I have. No other means to get more. Just happened to get lucky... one time thing?
