on bi injections how many injections should be done on the the bi each day?

how many get injected on the inner and outer?

I am interested in this, I thought that it was important to inject ALL heads of the muscle to avoid it looking unbalanced? Of course someone must have some experience with this.

yep what Tai said. Start with 1ml each inject, after a week or so bump to 2ml each, then after a week or so bump to 3ml each and run at that. Make sure you inject VERY slowly and massage the area very well following the injection.

The split is about half-way across your arm. I inject the outer head on the outside of the big vein. I've got a good pic showing it, let me look for it and I'll post it up...
