    Need Constructive Criticism Pleaseee

Hey everyone, just wanted a little help from the more experienced members on this board with my training. I am currently taking Halodrol-50 and after 2 and half weeks only put on about 3 lbs and not happy about this. I'm 5'10", 165 lbs and 11%bf. I don't know if its my workout routine or the way I eat, but something needs to be changed. Please criticize me, i need all the help i get. (try to be nice haha)

Monday- Arms with 20 min cardio
    Tuesday- Back, shoulders, abs
    Wednesday-Chest, legs 20 min cardio
Thursday- Arms, 20 min cardio and abs
    Friday- Back and shoulders
Saturday-Chest, legs, abs, 20 min cardio

I know the schedule seems weird, but the recovery time between has been pretty good so far and I feel ready to work out the specific muscle when that day comes.

As far as eating, I really have just concentrated on calories and protein intake which ranges from 3000-4000 calories and 175-225 grams of protein. I'm getting an adequate amount of carbs though I havent been really counting those on point.

If you need anymore information or can throw some suggestions out there, let me know. thank youuuuu

one body part a wk. you can double up with a push pull method, just an example. and you need time off. some go 1on=1off personally I go 2 on, 1 off, 3 on, 2 off. your body grows outside of the gym when you are resting so need ample time off. if you bulking at your weight you should never go under 3500 cals ed. and you should shoot for 4200-4500 or more if you can. Also I dont have personal exp with halo but its used in cutting cycles not great for weight gain but I will let someone else with exp. with the compound chime in on that one.

If eating is hard you can try those protein bars and shakes to supplement while you CANNOT eat at times or in a hurry. Outside of that you should be eating whole solid foods which provide better anabolism then the shakes. Does sound like diet is off a bit, im at 200-300grams protien and 3000 cals possibly more per day and im just maintaining (kinda natty bulking but not too much due to fat gain) Haladrol 50 sucks for weight gain and is typically used pre-contest otherwise useless. Youd be better off on creatine, NO2, and more food for some weight gain. Superdrol is also a good OTC alternative but diet seems to seriously lack.

Yea im def gonna have to get some shakes just to take quick at work when i get a chance. I took creatine and i got a really solid look, but it went away when i got off it. Is there something to build good mass without the danger of superdrol?

i would agree with the one bodypart per week style as you need a lot more time to recover. i dont know about you but i personally cannot effectively work out my back the day after biceps or my triceps the day after chest. check out the diet forum and read the stickies for a lot of bulking info. Clean whole foods is the little known secret.
