left side shoulder butt leg, repeat on right side
so if i work out legs on the day i shoot my butt, should i still shoot my leg when it is killing me or skip it and go right to shoulder?

I get what you mean happens to me although i shoot shoulders and quads and my quad was still sore after the rotation so i went back to shoulder idk heal faster I dont see why it would be any problems if you went back to shoulder
I don't really see a point in sticking to a strict rotation, I change up my workout routine frequently and change my injection sites to accommodate.
well i just like to keep it strict because then every spot is on a 6 day rotation and i just did my shoulder so now it only had a 5 day
but whatever its not really a big deal i was just throwing it out there haha
