does it matter where i inject?
doing 500ml sus week
200ml deca per week
50mg androlic per day
first ever cycle
gunna do it for 8 weeks.
im 10 stone 9, 16% body fat.
cant seem to get a good angle on my glutes so im injecting my triceps?
will this make any difference cos it seems to be alot easier and less painful imo?

hows ur diet and training already??
and 8 weeks on sust.. id try and squeeze out 10 weeks if possible on sust.

haha ok, yeah glad you cleared that up. It was taking me awhile. I agree though you need to spend about a year or so on a good bulk diet and hard training before you make that leap.

ohh and for your question it doesnt matter where you inject as long as its a major muslce. glutes, quads, shoulders, arms etc.. all good spots for injections.

lol believe me i cant get any bigger i train all the time...
shall i just take 250ml of sus and 100ml of dec per week plus the tabs?
also got nolva on hand just incase..

if you only have so much.. why dont you do 500mg of sust for 8 weeks then drop to 250mg for the last 4 weeks so you can get 12 weeks out of it? not the best but its a way to stretch it out some..

ive just done 2 x vials of sus 250 ( 1ml ) in one injection...

lol still clueless as what i should take ?
been taking anabol 50mg now for a week.... i am definately lifting heavier ...
got some sus and deca so starting them...
wa should i start with and for how long?

i too am curiouse if injection location makes any type of difference. more specificly, related to the half life of of the substances. i remember reading in a ebook that you have to double the half lives of anabolics if you inject them into larger muscles, such as glute and quad aposed to smaller muscles like tris, bis, and delts?????????

morning - protein shake, porridge with nuts and banana, pint of water
snacks b4 first break at work - mainly nuts and fruit
first break - poached eggs and tomatoes
dinner - meal with fruit pint of water
on way home - jacket potatoe with tuna and bottle of water
home - banana then gym.....
back home - protein shake then main meal
snack - fruit ( mainly )
bed.
duno wa macros are haha

thats a good diet if ur a girl and wanna lose weight. fruits are good but eat them after a steady meal as a way of keepin ur stomach full.
u need to include more protein in there in form of chicken, meat, whatever.
and more carbs like whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole grain pasta. ur just not gonna gain weight wit that diet

my main meal usually consists of fish, chicken, turkey , pasta etc, rice etc
but yer ill take tha onboard and eat more carbs and protein during the day...
you can only have a certain amount of protein within a certain space of time correct?
im 150lbs so am i right in thicking i need at least 150grams of protein throughout the day?

meal 1 -6 hard boiled egg and 200g of oats.
meal 2 -chicken fillet with 150g of brown rice and a large sweet patatoe
meal 3 -2 cans of tna with large sweet patatoe
meal 4-150g of pasta with some turkey
meal 5 cottage cheese with some good nuts and maybe a pro shake
meal 6-red meat with brown rice
meal 7 more chicken or turkey or tuna .
and so on ....
eat that every 3 hours and lift hard and get some good rest and you will see results.
no need for aas at this stage
