What to use
I have been looking at different research chemicals at ar-r and to me it seems they are all mostly for fat reduction. I have 4% body fat and I am more interested in adding mass. Any recommendations as to what i need, or should get?
thanks

Age? You should be able to gain at that height and weight if you eat like the above thread lays out.

I am 22 years old and incorporating an 8 meal diet into my schedule would be near impossible between class and sports.

You may not be able to closely follow a diet like that, but embrace the idea that you need to eat more and eat better just to bring yourself in the direction you want to go.

I know you want advice on anabolics and we keep talking about diet, but it's all part of the equation. If you just woke up this morning with an added 30lbs of muscle, with your current eating habits you would start losing it immediately and within a couple months time you would be back where you started. I just don't want to see anyone waste their hard-earned money for a cycle then be disappointed 6 months later, I've seen it time and time again.

your chipotle must be slacking i think it was something like 1200 calories for a burrito without sour cream and cheese

Nope...Ppl claim to eat alot when they eat like birds, But I REALLY CAN and do eat alot!
I've ate a 5ft+ loaded party sub by myself because someone bet me I couldn't. Took 1 hour and change to finish it.....felt like shit afterward!
Also ate 4 large pizzas before at one sitting.
I usually don't do that type of eating , but hell when your bulking and hungry who cares!

the more i see of you heavy eaters the more of a wimp i feel like, i couldnt eat just two pies, maybe one. so would you say its best to eat small and eat alot? or just eat alot?
and what can i do alongside eating lots to help gain muscle and mass and not turn into a blob of fat. my muscles right now are very defined, but i am ok with losing definition.

hey bro just bevause we can eat alot more then u doesnt mean anything i mean look at me compared to u im 4 inches taller and i weigh 100pounds more. dont ever let anything bring u down just try to eat more. also if u eat salad about 2hours prior to a meal it will strech your stomach out so u can eat more. try this for your lunch meal eat a decent amount of salad and then 2 hours later chow down. btw get some creatine

myself and many people on here work full time jobs, have families, etc..yet still find time to eat properly..it all comes down to how badly you want it...i can eat a meal in 5 minutes when I have to, which is usually twice a day..you have to take time to prepare youre food ahead of time..if you cant gain naturally, then you wont gain much from steroids either..

Are you a distance runner? Soccer? Don't expect to gain much muscle even when taking steroids if your cardio is so much.
You can't be both, distance runner and big.
That's like trying to be a skinny sumo wrestler ..... Won't be effective.
either run less and eat and lift weights more, or continue to run alot and be skinny. Both is impossible to do even with the aid of steroids/growth factors.

Lacrosse is comparable to rugby in terms of running right? thats what i would think....
Well if so, you should be able to get around 180lbs naturally through diet, and weight training.
Study up in the diet/workout forums. Find a good workout routine/ meal plan and do it for a few months and I bet you will be happy with your results.
Goodluck grasshopper, eat and fell the size come on you.
