Arimidex/Gyno Question

I have had gyno in my right nipple since puberty (approx 8-10yrs). The lump under my nipple has stayed the same size during the past 8 years. Im now 25 and about to start the 4th week of a sust 325 cycle @ 750mg/wk (1st cycle). Since week two ive been taking arimidex at .5 eod. I feel like my nipple is getting bigger. It could be in my head or it could be b/c I am putting on weight from all the food i eat, or it could be gyno. Will the adex help since my gyno was already established. Should I up the dose to .5 ed, or just switch to the letro i have? Any opinions would help.

P.S. I plan to have surgery after this summer.

NO, IT'S TOO MILD.

Should I up the dose to .5 ed, or just switch to the letro i have?
LETRO, OR SOMETHING STRONGER THAN A-DEX.

Any opinions would help.
