diet and lifting during pct
O.k. guys my 12 wk cycle of test is almost over so i will be running some tamox/exemestane as my pct. how long should i run this? and i have read many different things about the diet and the lifting. some say to lower the amount of weights being used some say stay the same or lift more. I also read some state to drop the calories and some increase, so whats the proper protocol while on pct? what kiind of diet/lifting should i be doing to maintain most of my gains?thanks
