have anyone here used body cleansers

i was talking to a friend he was telling me about a body cleanser he picked up at gnc couple weeks ago. According to him it makes ur body flush out a lot of garbage out of your system. He said he was shitting 3 times a day like crazy. Anyone used products like such and wat u think of them. Im gonna go grab some from reflex and give it a try. I'll keep u guys updated
