Hey everyone! I'm glad I finally found this forum. I have been doing some research over the course of a year or so(not a whole lot) and decided I am ready to start a cycle. I know must get multiple threads like this every day, but I figured that it would be better hearing from experienced people than coming to my own conclusions based on information.
Stats:
6'1"
210lbs
roughly 18% body fat
age: 18
My goal is to bulk up a bit and raise my bench press, squat, clean, etc. maxes while staying lean. I broke my arm in 2 places at the end of the football season last year and recently got the OK to start lifting again.
So, my goal is to cut my bodyfat and gain around 20 lbs of lean muscle by June.
I've read that Test E is good for a beginning cycle. And I also need a good plan for pct so I can keep my gains.
