hoping someone with experience can give some advice. Ive been working out regularly for a few years now i had always had gone four days a week. chest, tri's, legs one day then back, bi's and shoulders the other. one day off and same routine but switch order in which muscle groups are done. I started taking a stack mix a couple weeks ago and am soon changing it up to deca. this is my first cycle and after reading up on the subject I am trying to find out the best workout routine since no one recommends what I have been doing. the problem is that most of the routines I found are more for strictly gaining mass. I weight 180 and 5'10. I am trying to not only gain some mass but loose fat and basically get more tone. If any one has any advise for workout routines that will help me reach my goals than they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
P.s I have no problem putting a lot of time in the gym and going hard, which i am now reading is not the best thing.?
