    test cypionate and d-bol

    This is my third cycle.Im 24 yrs old 6 ft 210-215lbs 8 % bodyfat.First cycle was:

Test e and deca both at 500 mg a week.Had a lot of bloat cause i didnt took ancillaries and didnt had a diet.PCT went well (nolvadex and hcg)

Second cycle was: test prop and masteron both 1 cc eod.Pct went well(nolvadex)

Now im ready to start a cycle next week.Mass cycle but dont want to bloat to much.Nice clean diet 4000 calories already started.
Test cypionate 750 mg a week for 12 week and d bol at 30-40 mg a day for 5-6 week.
Arimidex at 0.5 mg a day.
    Pct would be Hcg,nolvadex,tribulus

what you think of that.Any tips is welcome

I would cut the dbol back to 4 weeks, and would only use the arimidex if I felt like I needed it. If so I would start it at .25 eod, then bump it to .25ed if it still wasn't helping.

Yeah I got my threads mixed up but edited my response. I still wouldn't run the nolva while on cycle. Did you read Merc's article?

Keep in mind nolva also lowers IGf which can reduce your gains .. I have had a lot of people report back to me telling me that they always use nolva ( for as long as they have been cycling) and have noticed it reduced thier gains .. I hear it alot .. Someone who always used nolva while on cycle , and then ran a cycle without the nolva( just had it on hand in case symptoms arouse ) , and the difference in thier results are HUGE .. Most people cant believe how much more muscle they gained when they didnt use nolva..

Here is one study study that shows nolva reduces IGF .. There are a lot of studies done on this..

Tamoxifen reduces serum insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I).Pollak MN, Huynh HT, Lefebvre SP.
    McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Antiestrogens are widely used in the management of hormonally responsive breast cancer in both adjuvant and palliative settings, and are currently being evaluated as chemopreventive agents. The classical mechanism of action of these drugs involves inhibition of estrogen-stimulated neoplastic cell proliferation by blockade of estrogen receptors present on breast cancer cells. This paper reviews recent clinical and laboratory data that suggest that the commonly used antiestrogen tamoxifen also acts to reduce serum IGF-I levels. Estrogens appear to play a permissive role in growth hormone (GH) release by the pituitary gland and GH is known to stimulate IGF-I expression by hepatocytes. It is therefore possible that blockade of estrogen receptors in the hypothalamic-pituitary axis by tamoxifen interferes with GH release, leading to reduced hepatic IGF-I expression. In view of results suggesting that IGF-I is a more potent mitogen than estradiol for breast cancer cells and data demonstrating a positive correlation between estrogen receptor level and IGF-I receptor level of breast cancer cells, the IGF-I lowering effect of tamoxifen may contribute to the cytostatic activity of the drug. The interrelationships between steroid hormone physiology and IGF-I physiology may have relevance to a variety of commonly used treatments for hormonally responsive cancers.

Also tribulus raises estrogen ( which is suppressive) ... A lot of people are not aware of this ..

It is good to increase your libido .. But it does NOTHING to increase your test levels..

Check this thread out about trib and estrogen ...

See towards the bottom were we start discussing trib..

If there is bloating, does it tend to be just water weight? Or is there an increase in body fat?
