    plateau at about 8 weeks

Any one any good ideas on how to prevent my gains stopping around 8 weeks . Normally cycles are kick start with drol or dbol, with either sust eod or test e say 1000mg per week plus tren at say 76mg per day then run out with 3 weeks winny at the end then into A Roberts pct. Lately i have been shortening cycles as soon as gains stop then off. Always gain good to start with then they diminish. Maybe its just me but any ideas would be great. 45 YEARS YOUNG. 6 ft 3 280lbs about 15% bf .

Are you keeping your diet up with how much you gain? Youll have to re-adujst while you gain on cycle. How long are you kickstarting and also are you using that dose of test throughout or just in the beggining weeks?

I agree on the diet. If you want to gain, you gotta eat more. Maybe you're gaining up to the limits of your diet, then not gaining more because you need to increase the nutrition.

thanks for replys, dont use any anti e whilst on ,never had to, never had a sniff of gyno even at higher doses of test and tren when i was younger. I always use novaldex and aromsin afterwards. Test dosage is normally the same throughout ,kick start is normally 4 weeks with either dbol or drol .Always get good strength gains and weight gains in early stages but when i hear of people on 14-16 week cycles the last 6-8 of them would be a waste for me.I always increase the level of fats in my diet when on being aware of the extra calories needed specially being as heavy as i am.Protein is around 400g. 4 shakes a day plus 4 meals. Thanks .

What is your carb intake?Fat calories?I always have my athletes increase protien and carbs. The fat just comes along with the increase of the others but is not the focus. You need 600-800 carbs per day day with 10-20% fat ratio to achieve 5000-6000 calories.Which IMO is what someone with your stats needs for a proper bulking diet.

Thanks for the replies, going to change nothing for the next 3 days but note everything down i eat to give me an average of protein/carbs/calories etc i consume per day. Protein i believe is fine but i dont think i am near 5000 calories let alone 6000 but i will find out.In week 5 of bulker at present, gaining fine but from what you are saying i will need to increase my diet next week to maintain gains. Just shows you after all these years of training its so easy to just loose that edge and take your foot of the peedle just a little and it effects your gains so much . Thanks again
