    recovery time while on cycle...?

    Typically a week before you hit a muscly group again when your lifting naturally... but how much faster can you hit a muscle group while on cycle? I feel i might be overtraining, 3 day split, 2x a week. Im taking 800mg test/ 200mg primo/ wk, 50mg var ED. Any ideas? Im thinking i can hit i muscle sooner than 7 days...

    You can still overtrain on cycle. If you feel you are then back off a little bit to give your body time to rest and repair itself. I can usually go for about 4-8 weeks of training every bodypart twice per week while on cycle and NOT overtrain but then it gets to a point where I am and just back off. Listen to your body and if you feel burnt out or sore then back off a bit.

    yea... i kinda get that feeling... twice a week seems to be good, but as i get into the heavier weights, im feeling a bit burnt... not sore really, but just tired. Think ill just go for a walk today on the treadmill lol
