hey everyone im new to this site i spent alot of time on elitefittness.com but i have a few questions, i wana become a bodybuilder i took my first cycle about a year ago and took test and dec i gainned over 30 lbs, after that cycle i worked about for a few more months then took the last 7 month off of everything and gainned a little fat i just started trainning again about 2 weeks ago and i started a little dieting to help me lose a lil more fat and i was curious on what i should take as my next cycle???
