I have been weightlifting seriously for about 2 months now and want to tighten up but dont want to get to thick. Im 5'9'' about 195 and i am benching around 235 maxed out. i mostly work out upper body.
i am looking to do my first cycle withen the next few weeks.
can someone help me? i dont no what kind of steriods to take when doing my first cycle.
i dont wanto spend more than $200. remember im trying too look moor tight
not too get to big.i curentlee work out 2 times a day 5 days a week for about an hour each session. all my workouts are anerobic. any suggestions?
