First cycle
Stats:
Age 20
Working out for a year
5 foot 11
151 lb1
14% BF
Goal: Pack on a lot of weight, get lots of strength and get ripped.
I would like to take Dianabol and I know its bad to take it past 6 weeks but I have read on the internet and to stack with this, should I take weekends off to let the liver be extra careful, and carry this on for 8 weeks?
I obviously would like to keep doses low to minimize potential side effects.
For liver protection I will take milk thistle. I haven't researched much on stacking or PCT, but I believe from what I have read (very little on this part) I would take clomid for PCT.
I am here to ask for a dosing schedule, see if I can stack this with anything, and also a PCT.

and at you're weight, many people may just only recomend that you establish a strong diet before taking anything.

dbol only cycle expect to gain 20lbs and get strong as hell!Sounds great!Till you look in the mirror and your swole with water and when you stop taken it you lose everthing!I agree with bones diet and training.At 5'11" 151/14% bf you arent even close to unlocking your full potential.Bro i gained almost 20 lbs from N02 when I was your size with no sides and kept it all.Maybe the No2 did nothing but get me focused on my training but I would recommend it over a dbol only cycle to someone your age,stats & background

I know, patience is the key etc, I have done research on steroids , I know the side effects etc, but I honestly want to go ahead with it. I am sick of seeing all my friends just getting huge and the girls love it. I feel I am ready to go on it.
So what dosage would you guys recommend for dbol and clomid, thanks!

dude i really do need steroids when I am this skinny, i dont care, i want to get big and this is my decision, i come here to ask questions and you guys turn it to as if i dont know anything about diet when I actually do and i cant gain weight. Thats my genes, but hey, if you guys dont want to help then thats ok, im still going on it so w.e to the dude, u can start turning into a shemale!
How would this be a waste of time, money, and gear? I have personally seen people younger then me, my height and weight area and have gone on roids and they are fine 2 years later, and still huge, maybe people go on roids for different reasons i dont know, my goal is to get big and I have been training hard for 1 full year and before that 2 years on and off with no routine nothing, people dont assume things!

very true. If you can't consume enough calories to gain weight now, when you take your little dbol cycle and retain a bunch of water buy consuming the same amount of calories to weigh 150 you'll drop back down to what you weigh now. Period, end of story. Don't be lazy and look for a quick fix. Body building isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. Good luck and I hope you find it in yourself to make a mature, educated decision.

I read side effects etc, this is a mature decision, how would it not be, oh I shouldn't take it because my genes is me being skinny, and I try and get 3000+ calories a day and cant gain weight and I am at my plataue weight wise....

because if you eat enough you will gain weight. Fat or muscle but you will get heavier. Its not your genes thats an excuse. If you cant eat enough food to get heavier then 150lbs you wont be more then 150 lbs with or with out steriods . Where do you think the extra weight you put on comes from? Its food.

go visit the diet section, after you run your premature cycle and realize you just wasted a buncha of time and money because your diet was so subpar that you didnt retain a single pound, and read a stickie that deals w/ "HARD GAINERS".

ok mr know-it-all, here is an example of a bulking diet..if you cant eat like this for starters, dont even bother with steroids ..b/c you wont be able to keep what little gains you make

diet is 90% of this game..learn to eat if you want results..steroids arent a shortcut or a magic pill like you believe

I'll bet my house you aren't eating 3000 plus calories a day. Post what you eat every day (honestly) and I'll add up the cals for you. Alot of guys think they're eating alot more than they actually are. You do that for me and I'll honestly help you if I can. I'd rather you get the most out of your cycle and be happy with the end results. I understand your frustrations and want to help. Post that diet.

So you dont eat enough food to gain weight but thats because of your a genes right? But your also 14% so your not even lean and skinny. So apparently your genes arent helpnig you get ripped either.

So i would basically lose everything after my cycle considering the state I am in now? That sucks! I am not trying to be rude or anything and yes I am frustrated, I really want to go on it.
ok diet:
Meal 1 - 5 egg whites, 2 toasts, quickmass drink
Meal 2 - Salad, protein drink, vegetables
Meal 3 - Chicken breast, salad, quickmass drink, rice
Workout
Meal 4 - Protein drink, 3 cans of tuna with mayo, vegetables, salad, beef or steak
Meal 5 - Lasagna, mashed potatoes
Meal 6 - Peanut butter sandwhich, quickmass drink
Bed.

I dont see how my results will be dissapointed, like I think what I eat is enough, i calculated, to gain weight for my I need 3000+ calories a day and I get that for sure! Like if i tried a little harder and ate a bit more, would the steroids still not help and just go away?

You def have to up the food bud. Its hard to say exactly with out knowing your portion sizes you are eating but i eat alot more then that at 180lbs

thanks, but not close to 3000+. IMO, double everything you eat. leave the salad out for a meal and replace with beef or chicken with brown rice. double your eggs for breakfast and add 1 to 2 cups of oatmeal. Meal 3, eat 3 or 4 chicken breast. Not sure what's in quick mass but I'll give you a recipe for a cheap homemade high calorie shake if you want. Have that before and after your workout followed by a meal of chicken and brown rice w/ veggies. when you say beef or steak not sure how much your eating but prolly isn't nearly enough. Make sure that peanut butter and jelly is LOADED with peanut butter on wheat toast. Let me know if you want my recipe for a shake, it will save you alot of money and add quality calories. Throw in a banana a day for good measure. This isn't a perfect meal plan but it's simple and will help you blast past this "plateau" and build a respectable foundation before jumping on AAS. I'm your height and over 50 pounds heavier and you'll shit yourself if you saw how much I eat compared to you. Everybody I know is amazed by how much I eat. It isn't easy at first but believe me, you get used to putting down that much food. I was your size when I started and thought the same way you do. I did a test cycle when I was 17 and weighed 175 but I was in shape and probably 11 or 12% but still didn't eat properly and lost everything I gained with in 2 months after finishing my cycle. I can help you if you actually want to go about this the right way.
